ROME – Affide (Custodia Valore – Credito su Pegno S.p.A.) – reference player in the Italian and European pawn credit market and related luxury jewelery and watch auctions – has obtained a multi-tranche pool loan for a total of 330 million euros granted by a pool of leading Italian banks (UniCredit, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banco BPM, Crédit Agricole Italia, BPER Banca, Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano (Südtiroler Sparkasse AG), Cassa Rurale di Bolzano (Raiffeisenkasse Bozen Genossenschaft), Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen of Alto Adige (Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol AG), Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa).

The Company made use of the assistance of the Legance law firm – Avvocati Associati (Andrea Giannelli, Antonio Matino, Giovanni Nervo, Michele Vinci), as Legal Advisor. The banks were assisted by the law firm Gianni & Origoni (Matteo Gotti, Alessandro Magnifico, Luca Porcu), as Legal Advisor.
